You may be experiencing problems with family, friends, or at work. You may be attempting to manage alcohol or substance use.
As a holistic center, we recognize all of these problems can have a great affect on your entire life. You may have problems with sleep. You may feel as though you have no energy or are unable to sit still. You may be irritable or have trouble focusing.
You may have done your best to cope with the problem yourself and may even have discussed it with friends and family. Sometimes talking with a friend helps. However, experts say you know you need professional help when nothing has worked, or you are unable to carry on at home, work, or at school.
