Spring Studio Pilates offers small group and private Pilates Reformer classes. All Reformer classes are 50 minutes and have a maximum of five students to allow for a superior and highly personal training experience. Reformers are the ultimate Pilates equipment that offer a low-impact workout that enables the user to increase muscle tone and improve flexibility, balance and posture.
