Compare the Difference You might as well try to compare bobcats to kittens! Chem-Dry is in a class of its own with our patented Carbonating Cleaner. Van at HouseOur non-toxic solution is applied using a low pressure sprayer, that covers your carpet with millions of microscopic carbonated bubbles. The carbonation captures dirt and grime off of the fibers of your carpet and raises it to the surface where it is easily extracted and swept away by our superior suction technology. In addition, the equipment used by Chem-Dry by Kevin Jones uses a patented star shaped head that agitates the carpet fibers, loosening up tough spots and encouraging the bubbles to the surface. Due to the minimal amount of moisture and our dynamic cleaning head, carpets cleaned the Chem-Dry way are dry in only 2 to 3 hours! Steam cleaners have a very different process. Your carpet winds up being saturated with hot soapy water, which the technician then attempts to suck out with a stationary wand. While this process may temporarily clean your carpets, it can coat the fibers with a sticky layer of residue that attacts dirt into your carpet. There is no agitation to break up the tough spots, and no rinsing action to minimize residue. In addition, there is still a great deal of moisture that remains at the base of your carpet resulting in extrememly long dry times (24-48+ hours). The longer your carpet is wet, the more likely it is that mildew, mold, and bacteria will set in. Chem-Dry offers a healthier, cleaner, drier experience.
