Bankruptcy isn’t right for everyone who has excessive debt. Some people simply make too much money; others have a small enough debt-to-income ratio that filing bankruptcy just doesn’t make fiscal sense. Yet others want to pay off their debts out of a sense of honor. That’s why we’ve developed a program to help our clients get out of debt without bankruptcy. There are really only three ways to get out of debt: pay it off, settle it, or discharge it through bankruptcy. While we assist many people through bankruptcy, we also want to help those clients who prefer to achieve financial freedom by paying off their debts. The drawback to that approach to debt management is that it requires a lot of fiscal discipline. Our program automates the discipline, increasing both the speed and success rate using proven, sound financial strategies.
