We’ll use a combination of tv, radio, print, mobile media and digital media efforts to achieve our marketing goals. We consistently strive to secure the most advantageous rates available based on the market standard, historical data and, most importantly, value of the medium’s ability to deliver the targeted audience. With us, the best interest of the client will always come first. How do media buys work? Media buys are negotiated and placed, followed with traffic instructions and requests for proof of performance. We require itemized affidavits from radio and television stations, screen shots and proof of performance data from outdoor billboard companies and tear sheets from print mediums. Affidavits from radio and television stations are matched to the orders within the Strata software. We even go so far as to review the schedules to ensure commercials run as ordered. When new ratings data is published, we purchase a post-buy analysis and make adjustments as necessary. Rating points are required to be made good within the day part where the deficiency occurred.
