CH59 is ideal when your application calls for an encoder with minimum encumbrance and shallow depth, conceived for a typical industrial use.
It offers a 25 mm / 0.98" flat profile and a 12 mm / 0.47" through hollow shaft in a standard 58 mm / 2.28" diameter frame. It is designed to directly fit the motor shaft without needing additional components and adapters so maximizing its compact size.
CH59 is fitted with large high quality bearings, a great advantage to installation and positioning: the operation is very easy and there is no need for mounting alignments as typically in competing products. In addition high speeds up to 12,000 RPM are possible.
This optical encoder produces digital (square wave) signals with complementary and zero signals (AB0, /AB0); incremental information is provided via Line Driver output circuit and cable outlet. A full range of resolutions up to the highest 204,800 PPR is available.
Due to such characteristics CH59 is ideally suited for electro-medical applications, analysis and laboratory equipment, testing instruments, motor testbeds and any installation where space and cost savings are crucial.
