Quimby Rubber Stamps & Copy Shoppe
Marking Devices, Notary Stamps
We sell various products for NOTARY PUBLICS:
1-The standard embosser (#1 below), also called a Crimper, a Seal, and “that thing that makes the impression in the paper.” For the State of Kentucky, these generally have only your name – the ID number they give you will change when you renew your commission in four years.
2-A rubber stamp or Self-Inker with the same circular image (#2 below). These also generally have only your name. The ID number and/or expiration date can be added, but then you’ll have to buy one again in four years.
3-A stamp with a rectangular border, containing the state seal and all info, including your name, ID number and expiration date (#3 below). With this model, you’ll have to replace it in four years… but we can put a new rubber die in your existing stamp, thereby “recycling” the stamp and saving a little money.
4-For those who purchase either of the first two, we offer a stamp with the ID number and expiration date (#4 below) – which can then be changed in four years for much less of a cost.
You may call, fax or email your order – just have your information ready, or provide us with a copy of your certificate. YOUR NAME ON THE STAMP OR EMBOSSER MUST MATCH THE CERTIFICATE!
