A high energy fun filled class for kids. This class will increase their overall health and fitness level by utilizing partner
activities, body weight exercises, resistance bands, circuits, fitness games, and more.
Fun is not to be mistaken for lack of hard work! We feel that fun fitness comes from challenging oneself to improve with every challenge. To work together as a team to accomplish a common goal. Fun is found in the friendships made and physical challenges overcome! This class will create an environment where kids associate fitness with fun which will foster healthy adult living habits for life!
All classes are taught by a certified personal trainer with emphasis on proper form and technique for safety, and every child is encouraged to work at their own fitness level while being motivated to push themselves to new fitness levels.
Tuesday at 5:00 pm and Saturday at 10:30 a.m.
