Children learn by exploring and observing.
Beginnings’ many “living labs” include the Children’s Garden, woods, field, and wetlands are the settings for careful observations, activities and projects.
Children observe ladybugs, swallow tail butterflies, bluebirds, meadowlarks, hummingbirds, and more.
Through these experiences, children build critical thinking skills while increasing their awareness and understanding of the interdependence of all living things.
