Here's what the typical process looks like from beginning to end: Initial meeting with client. We usually start by meeting with the facility Manager or someone in that capacity to review the scope of the project and the procedures involved. Review of current state. How is your waste stream and recycling program currently handled. Once we go about gathering information we really only need you to provide us with copies of your most recent waste and recycling invoices. Information such as waste contracts, container sizes and pick up frequencies which you can provide will only help us move quicker through the initial process. What's needed vs. What's in place. A discussion of what is actually needed versus what you are currently doing now. Analysis. Analysis of your current waste stream and recycling services, which often includes conduction a site survey at each location to fully understand your waste stream and recycling processes. Most of our work is done off-site as not to bother you. Presentation. We provide a presentation of process improvements and a cost savings strategies to Facility and/or other Managers. Agreement on changes and implementation. The cost savings strategies are discussed and recommended changes agreed upon for implementation. Vendor meeting. Meetings are set with current and new potential vendors. Necessary training of on-site personnel. Monthly invoice monitoring and cost containment procedures follow up. Monthly reporting. Establish monthly reporting procedures for invoices and services. Ongoing monitoring and management. We will continue to monitor your invoices on a monthly basis ensuring the savings we committed to are actually being realized. We also work hard to discourage any unnecessary rate increases or billing errors. We act as your one point of contact for all your waste stream and recycling requirements. This is what we do best so you can focus on running your business! ‚ÄčAt the end of the day if we don't save your company money there is NO cost for our services. Then how do we get paid? Simply put we share in the savings we are able to negotiate for you, there's no added cost for our services. The proof is in the pudding so to say, if we are able to do what we say we can do, you pay us a portion of the money you were already paying to your waste and recycling vendors. We add value by having our services pay for itself.
