THE CARPET CLEANING PROCESS Pre-Inspection Our technician will walk through your home with you to visually inspect the carpet. The Tech will identify potential permanent stains and give you an evaluation of expected results, as well as listen to any concerns you may have. Commercial Dry Extraction Dry soil is removed by thoroughly commercially power vacuuming. Removing dry soil is one of the most vitally crucial steps in any cleaning process. Commercial Dry Extraction Edging Dry soiled is removed by thoroughly commercially power vacuuming all edges and baseboards. Removing these tiny particles around the baseboards will help from tiny dust particle build up and prevent those black lines around the baseboards and door ways. Furniture Moving Our regular pricing includes moving sofas, chairs, tables and smaller items. Due to saftey concerns, beds, dressers, and heavier pieces may not be able to be moved. Our consultant will address these concerns before the start of the carpet cleaning. Pre-spot Difficult spots are pre-treated with special solutions to increase chances of removal. No extra charge. Pre-spray A preconditioning agent is applied to emulsify and break down traffic area soil and general spots for a more thorough cleaning. This may not be required for all carpet cleanings and is usually required for heavily soiled carpets. Pre-grooming/Agitation A professional carpet groomer is used to further loosen the soil in heavily soiled areas. Apply the Cleaning Solution We apply our exclusive cleaning solution without over wetting the carpet or leaving a sticky residue behind. Our solution is safe for the environment, pets and children. Machine Gentle Scrub and Extraction We then use our powerful machine to gently scrub your carpets with our specially designed absorbent pads to lift up all the soil, stains and moisture from the carpets. Post Spot or Stain Inspection Any spots or stains still remaining will get extra treatment with our many specialty spotting solutions. * For longer carpet life and fewer permanent stains, be sure to have professional carpet protector applied to your carpet. Wipe Down all Baseboards We wipe down the baseboards for a complete clean appearance and finished look. Post Groom Your carpet is groomed with a professional groomer so that the pile of your carpet is standing tall when we leave. Post grooming helps the carpet pile dry faster and in the right position. Speed Dry High velocity air movers are placed on the carpet immediately after cleaning to promote faster drying if needed on areas of the carpet that otherwise would not dry in a reasonable time. Post Cleaning Inspection Our technician will walk through your home with you to point out the cleaning results to make sure that you are completely thrilled with the job. Our Mission: To provide you with the most outstanding professional service experience ever!
