You can find a lot of tips on what you should consider before a salary negotiation on the Internet today. If you follow them, you will very likely be another person in the statistics who has a " normal raise" for your industry. The first part of the coaching session I will interview you to find out more about you and your strenghts and weaknesses. In the second part you describe to me how you have handled the last salary negotiations and get feedback from me. As the third, and final part , we go through a strategy how to handle your upcoming salary negotiation . ( total 1 hour over the phone ) Follow up / feedback after your salary negotiation ( about 20 minutes over the phone )
