Vinyasa Flow Yoga Classes from Ocean Isle Beach Yoga

This is an intermediate-level, traditional Vinyasa style yoga class. Class will commence with some warm-up exercises and flow into a series of Surya Namaskara. We will also explore a series of asanas based upon the Virahabdrasana posture, a series of wide-legged stance asanas, forward bends, back bends, asanas from the table posture, asanas to promote core strength, Pranayama and of course Shavasana. Modifications will be provided in order to ensure an appropriate level of practice for individuals of varied levels of strength and flexibility. The goal of this class is to help you work out any kinks, exercise every area of your body, stretch out and make sure you leave feeling energized and refreshed!
