The Yoga-Pilates blend class takes the very best of both worlds to offer a class that is appropriate for all levels. This class will leave you feeling as though you exercised, but also feeling relieved of any tension you may have been holding in your body. Colleen uses a selection of Mat Pilates and complementary Yoga postures to create a unique and comprehensive class. She will demonstrate and explain the postures clearly and thoroughly and aid any “first-timers” with posture, alignment and breath. Modifications will be provided for each position so participants will be able to regulate themselves accordingly. This class is an excellent choice for those wishing to both exercise to work out, but also stretch and work out those annoying kinks in the back and neck. Colleen is accustomed to working with individuals of varying ages and ability levels.
