In addition to being a certified personal trainer, our instructor brings her expertise as a strength and conditioning coach to each workout, insuring that you maximize your results while incorporating proper form to avoid injury. Each session includes a warm up period, a creative collection of varied and challenging exercises, followed by a cool-down series of stretches. Your first workout is free!
