One on One training to help my client to achieve their personal fitness and weight loss goals.Devise a customized exercise plan for the client based on their goals and fitness level include cardiovascular and weight lifting exercises. During a training session,I will observe my client performing exercises to ensure they are doing the moves correctly.Also give diet and lifestyle suggestions when they are relevant to the fitness plan.
