Prenatal Pilates Sessions

The focus in prenatal Pilates is to help prepare moms-to-be as much as possible for an easier delivery and a quick postpartum recovery. Each session will be taught utilizing the various Pilates apparatus such as the reformer, Wunda chair, and Cadillac. The exercises will be modified to focus on strengthening the muscles that are weakened during pregnancy. Breathing exercises and stretches will also be incorporated into the session.
