Kevin Keaney has successfully practiced law for 25 years. Kevin focuses his practice on labor rights, employee rights, defense of licensed professionals before licensing and other government boards, and representation of Oregon state employees.

Kevin accepts Employment cases in the areas of wrongful discharge, discrimination, retaliation, harassment, civil rights, disability, unpaid wages, whistle-blowing, unemployment benefits, and breach of contract. The firm also handles Non-Competition Agreements and Severance Agreements for executives and other employees.
Kevin defends Professionals Facing Licensing and Disciplinary Issues. He represents lawyers, physicians, nurses and other professionals who are at risk of losing their licenses or having restricted licenses to practice their profession.
Kevin also accepts cases from employees of the state of Oregon in the management service who have been discharged or otherwise disciplined. Typically these cases are brought before the Oregon Employment Relations Board.
