EPIC Fuels Sponsors Aerobatic and Competitive Air Race Pilot Anthony Oshinuga
Oil, Fuel, Fuel Economy
EPIC is a leading fuel supplier in the general and commercial aviation industries, and proud to announce its sponsorship of professional aerobatic pilot and competitive air race pilot Anthony Oshinuga and his pursuit of excellence at the 2016 Reno Air Races in Reno, NV, and at the U.S. National Aerobatic Competition in Sherman, Texas.
Oshinuga is based out of The Jet Center, an EPIC Fuels FBO, at French Valley Airport in Murrieta, California. He pilots a custom Pitts Special S-1S light aerobatic biplane dubbed “Black Hawk” for races and aerobatic competitions. In 2015, Oshinuga competed at the Reno National Championship Air Race as a rookie and placed 2nd overall in the Biplane category. He has also racked up impressive scores in aerobatic competitions including placing fourth in his category at the 2014 US National Aerobatic Competition.
A fierce competitor with a passion for aviation, Oshinuga exhibits great discipline and dedication in his sport. Those traits, combined with the fact that his training and competitions require countless hours of flying and visits to many fixed-base operations (FBOs) around the country, make Oshinuga an excellent ambassador for both EPIC Fuels and the EPIC Card.
