Reminding us that we are one with nature not separate. Paddleboarding provides a physical focus on core strength and balance along with a deeply meditative quality. It is an ideal way to explore local waters while enhancing self-awareness and building confidence. Paddleboard Yoga Once confident with the fundamentals of paddling we will transition our yoga practice from the Earth Element to the Water Element. The direct connection of breath and movement with flotation in nature is like no other mind/body practice. Merging internal and external rhythm is a profound practice of peace and empowerment.
