We offer drop-in meditation classes on Tuesdays and Sundays. These classes are ideal for those who are new to meditation and or Buddhism. Each class includes two guided meditations and a teaching on a Buddhist topic. Please visit our website for details about times and cost. Everyone is welcome to drop into any class, anytime. You do not have to be a Buddhist or an experienced meditator to attend.
