Columbia, S.C, 2016 – The Eye Center is pleased to announce the official launch of a brand new website, designed to provide patients easier access to expert care. The recently launched redesign makes it easier than ever before for patients to learn more about the practice, its doctors and the services provided.

In addition, patients will find a plethora of important information available to them on such topics as LASIK eye surgery, eye health exams, cataracts and more.

“We wanted our patients to have reliable information available at their fingertips and an easier way for them to reach us with questions, to make appointments and simply learn more about us,” say the physicians at The Eye Center. “The new website does all that and more while delivering a clean, easy-to-use interface that makes navigating to important sections simple and intuitive.”

Created with the same patient-first philosophy that guides The Eye Center itself, the new site uses large, easy-to-see navigational buttons that take patients to sections where they can learn more about the practice, its individual doctors and an online form where they can ask questions and even schedule an appointment without picking up the phone. In addition, a news section keeps patients up-to-date on advances in the practice and a blog provides practical information patients can use to learn more about eye conditions, treatments and other important vision-related topics.

“We want our patients to be able to use our website as a valuable resource to guide them in making vision-related decisions,” the doctors say. “The new design enables that while ensure access to us is only a click away.”
