The hands-on aspect of treatments focus on improving range-of-motion, organizing the body's segments so they can rest symmetrically together within the force of gravity (which we are constantly affected by), and creating efficient movement so that 'stuck' places can comfortably and effectively transmit force through them. This allows you to move as an organized whole, rather than an assembly of sometimes-agreeable parts. Movement education and simple homework exercises are often included to give you a better understanding of how your body can function more optimally, and the ability to proactively support our efforts out in your world, leading to long-term effectiveness of the work.
