This class is designed to build lean muscle mass, burn fat, and get your endorphins flowing! There are 3 segments to the interval barre training. After an effective full body warm-up, we complete an intense abdominal exercise series comprised of innovative movements that target abdominal muscles from new angles. Next, we pump out an arm series designed to tone the arms while working the smaller muscle groups. For the grande finale, we employ the Tabata method of circuit training. Tabata is 20 seconds of high intensity, 10 seconds of recovery, for 14-18 minutes. There are 6 full body exercises that we cycle through during this period. Bring your tennis shoes, bring your water, and leave ready to conquer anything!
