Design Development Chase Collaborative will assist the Owner in the continued development of the design presented and approved in the Concept Design Phase. The goal at the end of this phase is to provide the Owner and Contractor with enough documentation to develop a reasonably accurate preliminary budget. Drawings provided by the end of the Desing Development Phase will include preliminary floor, ceiling, finish and furnishing plans. A preliminary light fixture and finish schedule will be accompany the ceiling and finish plan. A few of the major interior elevations will be provided to illustrate the spatial volumes and finish locations. The furnishing, finish and decorative lighting selections will be finalized and presented for final approval. An itemized budget for the procurement of the FF&A package. If contracted for a formal color
