You don’t have to be strong, flexible, and balanced to try a class – yoga can lead you there. Experienced instructors will take you through a balanced practice of flowing sequences; including standing and seated postures, control of breath, meditation and relaxation. Classes are open to all levels.
If you are hesitant to join a class, or believe your practice is at a plateau, you may benefit greatly from a private or semi-private session.
Let everyone else tense-up during rush hour, while you center your mind and unwind from your day with a 75-minute yoga class. A gentle combination of Hatha, Yin and Restorative yoga, this soothing class is accessible to everyone. Your class leader will always offer suggestions for alternate poses, so everyone – including those with injuries – has a healing experience.
Yoga for Everyone
Take a break from your schedule – especially from your office chair — to quiet your mind and strengthen your body in a 75-minute yoga class. As you flow from mountain to tree pose, your instructor will offer modifications for every level, in every pose.
