Three days long, 36 hours total. This is a comprehensive entry level course to introduce persons interested to the field of Dignitary Protection. The course includes LONG training days of at least 12 hours. Topics include: handgun skills movement drills cover and evacuation drills motorcade operations weapons retention/disarming unarmed defense A written exam, shooting test, advance survey and practical field exercise must be successfully completed in order to become certified. It is a gross myth that professional operators must be male or very large and powerful. FALSE! Anyone of average size can learn these skills.
