Miller's Commercial Furniture & Seating
Bar Stools, Restaurant Furniture, Restaurant Booths
All restaurant furniture are not created equal, the construction of the furniture is very important to the hospitality business and there is a good reason for that. With over 25 years in the restaurant business I understand the importance of having a strong furniture that will protect your customer and your business. There is nothing more embracing for you or your customer than to have a chair give way when sat down in, (and I have had that happen before to a customer).
When selecting seating for your business make sure you know the grade, company's will sell you a chair that looks the same, at a lower price and at the same time you are getting a lower grade chair. The lower the grade the weaker the chair, which equals more cost in the future.
We all know that it is impossible to determine the weight of your customer, and as human we come in all shapes and sizes. So it is best to always plan ahead so our customers will always have a pleasant experience and recommend you to others "word of mouth is the best advertisement". If your customer has a weight that is more than your chair is designed to hold, you open your business up for some bad and unwanted publicity "bad news will travel around the world before good news and get it's pants on" and maybe even a lawsuit.
