A small group training workout for those looking to gain strength and build muscle. This workout is centered on compound movements utilizing Dumbbells, Cables & Barbells in groups of no more than 6. Whether you're a beginner or advanced lifter, Bodymass Trainers will help enhance technique, understand movements and build a stronger you. Monday/Wednesday/Thursday are Lower Body Workouts Tuesday/Saturday are Upper Body Workouts

Small Group Training

With no more than 10 people in each group, small-group training allows for much more trainer interaction, coaching, and customization than traditional large classes. Both of our groups focus on providing workouts that are up-tempo, but functional so are great for all levels!
