~BUILD A STRONG FOUNDATION! The initial class will focus primarily on the feet and legs, with some work on other areas as needed/requested.
~Subsequent classes will introduce more advanced exercises & stretches for the whole body.
~Learn how to OBJECTIVELY ASSESS YOUR STRUCTURAL ALIGNMENT & make beneficial changes in posture.
~Similar to a yoga teacher adjusting students during poses.
~Helps bring about BETTER BODY AWARENESS.
~Includes use of a soft foam roller and Yoga Tune Up balls.
