Soft Tissue Therapy

By: Velocity Sports Rehab  06/12/2015

When muscles go into spasm, they will alter the mechanics of a joint and can lead to pain. We use manual muscle release techniques and instrument assisted soft tissue therapy to decrease muscle adhesions and restore normal length-tension relationships to joints. Soft tissue therapy is used for the treatment of tennis elbow, achilles tendinosis, rotator cuff problems, plantar fasciitis, and strains/sprains.
