We like to pair it with creamy cheeses or cheesecake. Dry Fly A nicely balanced, semi-sweet, white wine with a fruity nose and a dry finish. It has hints of apricot and peach. We think this is a perfect “Deck Wine.” Served best with raspberries and white cheeses. Tippy Canoe A fruity white wine. It has notes of citrus which lead to a crisp finish. This is the perfect “drinking with friends” wine. We like to compliment it with poultry or Wisconsin cheese curds. Lilydipper This semi-sweet white wine is just as light as the paddle stroke of a “lilydipper” in your canoe. It sure won’t help you cover any distance along the river. The delicate floral aroma of this varietal makes it one of our new favorites. Strawberries and white chocolate compliment this wine. RED WINE: Kinni River Red A medium-bodied red table wine aged in oak barrels with hints of cherry. A gem, much like the Kinnickinnic River just down the road that we have named it after. We love this one best (don’t tell the others). It tastes great with smoked gouda or a grilled steak. Cabinboy A semi-sweet red wine with a distinct berry flavor, aged in American Oak Barrels. A Cabinboy can’t stand the boredom of fishing and decides to take a nap in the cabin after a large glass of this smooth red. Pairs well with red meats and soft white cheeses. Shuttle Buns A cousin to our Cabinboy, this intense red has notes of blackberries and vanilla beans. Fermented in French & American Oak Barrels. Your river Shuttle Buns will have the bottle gone by the time you get to your paddling destination. We like to enjoy it with blackberries, salmon, or dark chocolate. PFD (Personal Floatation Device) Will this wine keep you afloat? Not a chance. A red wine with notes of cherry, plum, and subtle American Oak, will be sure to relax you on your trip down the river. Make sure to wear your PFD, especially if you’ve got a Tippy Canoe. We think it pairs well with your favorite pizza or pasta.
