Spray Foam Insulation
There are many consumer benefits to Spray Foam Polyurethane (SPF) insulation over traditional fiberglass or cellulose methods:
Forms an airtight seal by filling cracks and crevices.
Penetration of difficult places such as underside of roof sheathings, floor boards and small tight spaces.
Superior resistance to heat transfer nearly double to that of fiberglass (in R-Value). This translates to significant heating and cooling savings that will start paying for itself immediately.
Closed-cell polyurethane foam is moisture resistant creating an airtight seal that lasts year after year unlike most conventional insulation systems.
Higher quality airtight insulation allows for smaller heating, ventilating and air conditioning systems (HVAC).
Resists condensation, inhibits rot and retards mold.
Reduces outside noise pollution for a peaceful environment.
Increases structural integrity providing approximately 40% more racking strength.
Metal Pole Buildings
Metal pole buildings are excellent choices for spray foam polyurethane insulation. The metal shell on the outside of a metal building creates a vapor barrier causing moisture to condense on the inside of the building during cold temperature. SPF closed cell foam forms a bond with the metal building surfaces providing an effective air seal and prevents water vapor from condensing onto the building shell during cold air temperatures providing excellent insulating weather-proofing and strengthens frame walls by a factor of two to three times.
Studies by the US Department of Energy show that 40% of a home’s energy is lost as the result of air infiltration through walls, windows and doorways. Buildings treated with spray foam insulation typically insulate as much as 50% better than traditional insulation products. Insulation that is sprayed in buildings protects against moisture, which provides the benefit of reducing the chance of harmful mold and mildew. Eliminating mold growth reduces the likelihood of rotting wood in a home, and allergic reactions to mold spores. In addition to building temperature and moisture control, spray foam insulation is often used to reduce noise.
Protective Coating Systems

Metal roof coatings offer quality protection and long-term affordability that has a proven track record of durability and weather-proofing. While the terms paint and coating are often used interchangeably, a coating is a highly engineered material that provides a functional layer of protection as well as aesthetic improvement.
A Coating System that delivers complete protection.
Thermo Tech, LLC specializes in metal roof restoration through the application of water based elastomeric coatings customized for metal or tin roof repair, preservation and general weatherproofing. Custom Coating Systems include different functional layers to provide complete protection for your building by following specific application methods and quality control measures to ensure durability, protection and reducing energy consumption.
ENERGY STAR qualified roof coating products reduce the amount of air conditioning needed in buildings, and can reduce energy bills by up to 50%. The Cool Roof Program defines certain standards for reflectivity, and maintenance of reflectivity, in roof coating systems. These light colored roof coatings reflect the suns heat and UV rays and often lower the temperature of the roof by up to 100 degrees.
