We serve the medical community mainly with our Service Department for endoscopy repairs. We specialize in specialty veterinary endoscopy such as Equine/Large Animal that have lengths of 350cm and longer. We make great attempts to repair and recondition endoscopes and their related products in order to keep your medical or veterinary endoscopy suite running. We repair many endoscopes that the manufacturers do not support/repair anymore.

We can provide instruction on how to setup and operate your endoscopy equipment. We do not, however, train you in the medical procedures using endoscopy - that would be something to take instructional classes with an accredited teaching facility or organization. We can instruct you on the setup and functions of your endoscopy equipment with live video conferencing. We utilize Google Meets (Google's version of "Zoom" or similar) that our Sales Staff can teleconference between ESS and your Facility. All you would need is a video/audio enabled device (PC or Laptop with a webcam, Tablet or Smartphone) that can connect to Google Meets (either via a Web Browser or with an installed Google Meets App).
