Progressive Rehabilitation Associates, LLC is a free standing outpatient medical rehabilitation facility serving patients with pain and acquired brain injury. Individuals are served through CARF accredited day treatment programs as well as single and multi-service outpatient therapies. PRA also provides vestibular (balance & dizziness) rehabilitation, biofeedback services, work hardeining & conditioning, expanded low vision rehabilitation, as well as stand alone comprehensive multi-disciplinary evaluations and treatment recommendations.Matthew McGehee, MD, is the Medical Director of the Pain Management Program. Dr. McGehee brings a multidisciplinary approach to pain management. He emphasizes restoring maximum function lost to injury, illness or disabling conditions. Dr. McGehee practices patient-centered care, in the treatment of complex pain cases, including individuals with acute and chronic spine or musculoskeletal pain.
