READ THIS BEFORE YOU MAKE THE MISTAKE OF BOARDING HERE: We paid $400 for a private stall and turnout area in December 2020, but days into the month, Kim locked our horse out in the bitter cold with NO shelter. Not even a tree. She also kicked me off the property half way through the month. I took her to court and Kim claimed that in her "fine print", she is allowed to change what you paid for to suit her needs. So she collected $400 board from me (plus the cost of feed) and locked him out most of the month. She also blocked me from going to see my horse for no legal reason. She puts on a great "sales person" act, but I can guarantee her true colors will come out soon enough.
