Phase I: Site visit and document review of the near by area to determine if further environmental investigation is advised. Phase I includes a review of local and government documents to determine the past usage of a site including information on surrounding properties that may be a potential risk to the site being investigated. Phase II: If a phase I determines that further investigative work should be performed, to protect the interests of everyone involved a phase II should be implemented which involves more technical aspects of the environmental field such as but not limited to soil sampling and test borings. Phase III: If a phase II has determined that environmental action is warranted a phase III involves the remediation of the site. Other Services Include Underground Storage Tank Closures, Soil Sampling and Remediation, Ground Water Sampling and Remediation, Compliance Reporting, Local, State and Federal Permit Applications, Third Party Asset Recovery Plans, ans Grant and Loan Program Applications.
