So I built my rig (with help from my friends), created my own recipes, and watch people's expressions as they enjoy my food. I'm from the old school where word of mouth is the best advertisement. Do what you say and say what you do. It keeps me extremely busy every year and brings people back for more. I must be doing something right, because I'm going on my 14th year. So you can be assured from my end your event will be special.
