Inspector is very knowledgeable and personable. He was open to answering any questions and concern. Best of all, has a female working with him. In a male dominated industry. She did not disappoint. She was also very knowledgeable detailed and professional. Since I’m buying a house that needs a lot of work, she provided me with tips on funded state programs for energy savings amongst other things that would really help financially. This is my first home and they made the process so much smoother. Allowed me to feel more at ease about the fixtures that were not as big of a deal. I totally Recommend them for anyone’s Home inspection. They are even NACA certified. Thankyou!

He provided me with real time observations with different aspects of the home inspection and then emailed a detailed inspector's report same day.
