Ted Inspected a home that we are purchasing. THis was the second inspection on the house since the first sales did not go through. Ted confirmed the findings from the first inspection but also discovered some issues with the well on the property that needed additional work. Without this inspection we would have not know about this issue. Also during the inspection he spent time helping me understand what he was looking at and any issues that he saw. The inspection report was detailed and included numerous photos to help explain the issues that he saw. I highly recommend Quality Home Inspections - the name of the company is indeed the service provided.
