To hell with the patient I guess? Don't spend your insurance at this place!!! Don't go to Innova Pain Center on Astoria blvd!!! Was literally told by this physician to see another doctor. The doctor only sees new patients with a referral. Asked Dr. Hamid's office to send the referral and was told we can't. This is unethical and misleading. I was told to get the referral from my PCP; I don't have one, and told this office they are the ones who told me to go here. Rachel said to me, " do you have insurance???" As if this office hasn't been billing my insurance astronomical amounts for 2 years?
