From day one I have had a very good and pleasant experience with Dr. Brett Andres himself and his team. He is a wonderful listener. Explains everything very clearly and right to the point. My scheduled total shoulder replacement surgery was postponed due to COVID. Later there was change of plans due to a Baker's cyst I developed and increased pain in my knee. I was miserable. It changed my life and my daily activities. I was frustrated and went to see him. He made a very smooth transition and changed plan to take care of more painful joint first. I appreciate and admire his knowledge and experience. I have worked as a CNA in CA hospital for over 20 years, so I have seen quite a bit. I am two weeks PostOP, staples are out and started PT. Pain is under control and healing process is going well. I am great full to him and his team. A special healthful thanks to Shaked his medical assistant. She alway got back to me on timely manner, listened to my concerns and got answers for them. I def
