I can't say enough about the great customer service we receive from Crossroads Pharmacy. We recently partnered with them. Through their initial training and their on-going support, Crossroads made this shift seamless, and the system has worked wonderfully. Survey - amazing knowledge!

On the front lines of resident care, Crossroads Pharmacy really understands the ins and outs of this industry. Cited at our last survey for not pursuing gradual dose reduction (GDR) on a hospice resident, our Crossroads consultant pharmacist provided an excellent summary of why a facility should not seek GDRs as aggressively on hospice residents, and the deficiency was dropped on appeal.
