Dr. Saamia Faruqui is an Assistant Professor of Clinical Medicine in the Department of Gastroenterology at New York Presbyterian Brooklyn Methodist Hospital and the Center for Liver Disease and Transplantation at Weill Cornell Medicine. Dr. Faruqui grew up in Louisiana and showed early versatility, graduating with both a Bachelor of Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts from Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia.
