Yes, we do ship internationally via any liable sources of postal services (i.e U.S. Postal Services, FedEx, DHL, etc.). If you are ordering from the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, or any other state/country, we do charge shipping and handling fees. Fees will vary depending on the weight and dimension of the order.

Please allow 3-5 business days for us to receive, process, and pack your order. Once this process is complete, we will send you an email with a tracking number to let you know the estimated time of arrival. Please be advised that once USPS, FedEx, etc. has your package, we have no control over the delivery date and there may be delays due to various reasons. Your package should arrive on the date indicated by your tracking number.

Unfortunately, we do not offer any warranty options at the moment. Only replacement options are offered if your order is received broken or damaged in any way. (Please see our Return & Refund Policy for further information on requesting a replacement). We are working on getting these options ready for our customers in the near future. In most cases, an adult (21 years or older) will have to sign upon delivery. However, sometimes the shipping carier does not require a signature.
